Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 to 2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare ingredients: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Assemble: Add beef and halved potatoes to the slow cooker. Pour garlic butter mixture over and toss to coat evenly.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
  • Finish and serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm, optionally with a green salad or crusty bread.
