Ingredients
  

For the sandwich

  • 4 slices slices of bread of choice Choose any type of bread you like
  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti Leftover spaghetti works great
  • ½ cup marinara sauce For spreading on the bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Fresh mozzarella is recommended for creaminess

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread marinara sauce on one side of two slices of bread.
  • Place half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Add cooked spaghetti on top of the cheese, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the spaghetti.
  • Top with the other two slices of bread.

Cooking

  • Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted.

Notes

Serve hot and enjoy! You can serve it as a main dish or a hearty snack, and it pairs well with a side salad or soup. For storage, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days; reheating in a skillet is best.
