  • 0.5 cups cooked spinach, drained and chopped
  • 0.25 cups sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Seasoning

  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese. Mix until the cheeses are well incorporated.
  • Add the cooked spinach, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir everything together until smooth and well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in small mounds, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers to form round discs.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese crisps are golden brown and slightly bubbly around the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly on the baking sheet.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
