  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 16 oz cream cheese cut into 1 inch cubes
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cup cooked chicken shredded or chopped small
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • fresh parsley for garnish
  • celery sticks for dipping

Cooking

  • Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Lower the heat to medium-low, add the cream cheese, and stir often until melted and smooth, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Stir in the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until blended.
  • Fold in the cooked chicken and smoked paprika until coated and heated through.
  • Add the cheddar and blue cheese and stir until melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm, garnished with parsley, with celery sticks for dipping.

Notes
