- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- Optional: mini pretzels chocolate chips, candy-coated chocolates (e.g., M&M's), sprinkles
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour puffcorn into a large mixing bowl.
