  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, cooked rice, broccoli, carrots, and teriyaki sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Top with shredded cheese and green onions.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables. Drizzle extra teriyaki sauce on top for added flavor. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
