  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ cup bell peppers, diced
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated Use fresh lettuce like romaine or butter lettuce for best texture
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  • Stir in the teriyaki sauce and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the diced bell peppers and green onions, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture into the lettuce leaves and garnish with sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep lettuce leaves separate for crispness. Reheat chicken mixture before assembling wraps again.
