Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk 110°F (43°C)
  • 1 stick unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs

Cinnamon Butter Ingredients

  • ½ cup softened butter
  • ¼ cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Measure all ingredients accurately.
  • Add wet ingredients to the bread machine: warm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  • Add dry ingredients: flour, yeast, sugar, and salt, in that order.
  • Select the dough cycle on your bread machine.

First Rise in the Machine

  • Allow the bread machine to mix, knead, and rise the dough.

Shaping the Rolls

  • Once the dough cycle is complete, remove the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
  • Shape each piece into a roll and place them in a greased baking dish.

Second Rise

  • Let the rolls rise in the baking dish until they double in size.

Baking

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Bake the rolls for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Making Cinnamon Butter

  • In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, confectioners' sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Notes

Serve warm with cinnamon butter. Store leftover rolls in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
