- For the Rolls:
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 ½ cups bread flour
- 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
- For the Cinnamon Butter:
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Bread Machine Dough: Add all roll ingredients to the bread machine in the order recommended by your machine (usually liquids first). Set to the dough cycle.
Shaping: Once done, transfer dough to a floured surface, roll out to ½ inch thick, and cut into squares.
Second Rise: Place rolls on a greased baking sheet and cover. Let rise for 30–40 minutes until puffy.
Baking: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes, or until golden.
Cinnamon Butter: Mix all butter ingredients together until smooth and fluffy.
Serve rolls warm with cinnamon butter on the side.
