  • For the Rolls:
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 ½ cups bread flour
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • For the Cinnamon Butter:
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Bread Machine Dough: Add all roll ingredients to the bread machine in the order recommended by your machine (usually liquids first). Set to the dough cycle.
