  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and sprinkle seasoning mix evenly on all sides.
  • Place salmon on the grill skin-side down. Cook for about 6-7 minutes.
  • Flip the salmon and cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from grill and drizzle with lemon juice.
