  • 4 flounder fillets about 5–6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Prepare the fish: Pat the flounder fillets dry with paper towels. Brush lightly with olive oil on both sides.
