- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: fresh herbs thyme, rosemary for garnish
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
Rub both sides with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place in a baking dish and bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with herbs and serve.
