Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: fresh herbs thyme, rosemary for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
  • Rub both sides with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place in a baking dish and bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with herbs and serve.
