- 2 cups almond flour
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed meal optional for texture
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 6 large eggs room temperature
- ⅓ cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, flaxseed (if using), baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and level the top.
Bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool completely before slicing to avoid crumbling.
