Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed meal optional for texture
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 6 large eggs room temperature
  • cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix almond flour, flaxseed (if using), baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and level the top.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool completely before slicing to avoid crumbling.
