- 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or dish and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
