Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 5 oz each tuna in olive oil or water, drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup chopped cucumber
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup pitted Kalamata olives sliced
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta (if using).
  • Add chopped parsley.
