Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Optionally, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for slight caramelization.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately with your choice of sides.
