- 1 banana preferably frozen for extra creaminess
- ¾ cup orange juice or coconut water
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt optional for creaminess
- ½ cup ice optional, for thicker texture
- Honey or maple syrup to taste optional
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender: frozen pineapple, banana, orange juice, yogurt (if using), and ice.
