- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup breadcrumbs optional, for topping
- 1 tablespoon butter melted, for topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, shrimp, green onions, celery, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
