- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Traeger Fin & Feather Rub
- ½ cup Traeger 'Que BBQ Sauce
- ½ cup Traeger Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce
- Hickory wood pellets for grilling
Marinate Chicken: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, grated garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Traeger Fin & Feather Rub. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with this mixture.
Prepare BBQ Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix Traeger 'Que BBQ Sauce and Traeger Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce. Set aside.
Preheat Grill: Set the Traeger grill temperature to 500°F (260°C) and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.
Grill Chicken: Place the marinated chicken breasts directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and grill until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), about 20–30 minutes.
Apply BBQ Sauce: Five minutes before the chicken is done, brush it with the prepared BBQ sauce mixture.
Rest and Serve: Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
