Banana Bread Brownie Base:
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas about 2–3 bananas
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Frosting (optional):
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8x8-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
Stir in mashed bananas.
