  • 1 ripe banana Adds natural sweetness.
  • ½ medium avocado For creaminess and healthy fats.
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds Boosts fiber content.
  • 1 handful spinach Rich in vitamins, can be masked by fruit.

Optional Add-ins

  • ½ cup frozen berries Rich in antioxidants and adds color.
  • 1 tbsp honey Adjust sweetness if needed.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by adding coconut milk to your blender.
  • Peel the banana and add it to the blender.
  • Scoop out half an avocado and add it for creaminess.
  • Add the chia seeds and spinach to the mix.
  • Blend on high until smooth, adjusting the consistency with more coconut milk if needed.
  • If desired, add frozen berries or honey and blend again until mixed.
  • Pour into fun cups or glasses and serve to your toddler.
