Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium turnips peeled and cut into fries
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs or Parmesan for topping

Instructions
 

Preheat:

  • Air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prep turnips:

  • Peel and slice turnips into thin fry-shaped pieces.

Season:

  • Toss turnip fries in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook:

  • Air Fryer: Spread in a single layer and cook for 18–20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Oven: Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping once.

Serve:

  • Optional—top with herbs or grated Parmesan. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
