Cheese and Sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions, but stop just before al dente.
  • In a skillet, sauté chopped onions in olive oil until translucent.
  • Add bell peppers, zucchini, and spinach to the skillet; stir until softened.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sautéed veggies, and creamy tomato sauce. Mix until the pasta is well coated.

Baking

  • Spread the pasta mixture in a baking dish.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
