Preparation

  • Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the blended watermelon and gin.
  • In a separate pitcher, slowly add the chilled tonic water to the mixture, stirring gently.
  • Pour the mixture into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve in clear glasses to show off its beautiful pink color. Garnish with a slice of fresh watermelon or a sprig of mint for an extra touch. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day. This drink is best enjoyed right after you make it for the freshest taste.
