Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 pieces Green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pieces Onion, sliced

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, cornstarch, salt, and water. Mix well.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.

Notes

Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles; garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or frozen for up to 3 months.
