  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 diced avocado Choose ripe avocados for the best texture.
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.

Preparation

Notes

This salad is best served fresh. For a filling option, serve on a bed of greens or with tortilla chips. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator but should be consumed within a day to avoid browning of the avocado. Avoid freezing the salad.
