Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and slice the potatoes into wedges.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add some herbs like rosemary or thyme to the potato mixture. Make sure not to overcrowd the baking sheet to help the wedges cook evenly and become crispy. If you prefer thicker wedges, adjust the baking time accordingly.
