  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup reserved pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, honey, reserved pineapple juice, cinnamon, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  • In a baking dish, combine the diced ham and pineapple chunks.
  • Pour the brown sugar mixture over the ham and pineapple, ensuring they are well coated.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until heated through and the glaze is bubbly.

Notes

Use leftover ham for a quick meal. This dish can be adjusted for sweetness; add more or less brown sugar based on your preference. You can also add bell peppers or onions for additional flavor and texture. For a variation, use maple syrup instead of honey or fresh pineapple instead of canned.
