  • 1 12 oz container of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken Rotisserie works great
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce Franks RedHot or similar
  • ½ cup chopped green onions For garnish, optional

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the ranch dressing to the cream cheese and mix well.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
  • Add the cooked and shredded chicken and mix until evenly distributed.
  • Pour in the buffalo wing sauce and mix until the dip is uniform in consistency and flavor.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is warm and bubbly (check after 15 minutes for shallow dishes).
  • Serve warm, optionally garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For added heat, consider mixing in diced jalapeños. You can also explore variations like blue cheese or ranch-style dip by modifying the feta or cheese components.
