  • 1 can 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough You can also use homemade pizza dough.
  • 1 cup 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping) Use a good quality sauce for best flavor.
  • 1.5 cups 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to use different cheeses for variations.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven as per the pizza dough instructions.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  • Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Roll the dough tightly to form a log.
  • Cut the log into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake according to the pizza dough instructions until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
