Ingredients
  

Pudding Base

  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 355 ml ice-cold water
  • 99 g instant vanilla pudding mix

Cream Mixture

  • 590 ml heavy cream
  • 160 ml marshmallow fluff

Filling and Topping

  • 5-6 large bananas, barely ripe, sliced
  • 1 box Nilla Wafers (approximately 300 g)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and ice-cold water until fully combined.
  • Add instant vanilla pudding mix and whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.

Cream Preparation

  • In a separate large bowl, whip heavy cream on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  • Add marshmallow fluff and continue whipping until stiff peaks are achieved.

Assembly

  • Gently fold whipped cream mixture into the chilled pudding in several portions, mixing carefully to avoid deflating the cream. Stir only until streaks are minimal.
  • Arrange a layer of Nilla wafers at the bottom of a 23x33 cm baking dish or large bowl.
  • Add a layer of banana slices over the wafers, then spread one-third of the cream mixture evenly on top.
  • Repeat the layering process twice more, finishing with a layer of cream.
  • Decorate the top layer as desired, such as sprinkling crushed Nilla wafers.

Chill

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled, straight out of the refrigerator. For extra presentation, add banana slices or a drizzle of caramel sauce before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
