- 1 lb 450g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup white wine optional
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pinch of paprika optional
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until just pink. Remove from heat.
Stir in heavy cream and white wine (if using), season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
