  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional) For added flavor
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted For richness

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and dried parsley.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese.
  • Pour in the milk and melted butter, mixing until a dough forms.
  • Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  • Shape the dough into small rolls and place them on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush the rolls with garlic butter just after baking. Make sure not to over-knead the dough to keep the rolls light and airy. Experiment with different types of cheese for variety. To store, let them cool and place in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze wrapped tightly.
