Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Nutella
  • ½ cup peanut butter creamy
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or sea salt for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together Nutella, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  • Scoop dough by tablespoonfuls and roll into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Flatten slightly with a fork or fingers.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set. Do not overbake.
  • Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
