- ½ cup coconut flour
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder optional
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and melted butter or oil.
Add coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder (if using), and salt. Mix until a thick batter forms.
Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
Scoop the dough into 8 portions and drop onto the prepared baking sheet.
Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 14–16 minutes or until golden brown on top.
