Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and melted butter or oil.
  • Add coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder (if using), and salt. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  • Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop the dough into 8 portions and drop onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
  • Bake for 14–16 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • Cool for a few minutes before serving. Best served warm.
