Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian dressing for marinade
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a bowl or bag with the Italian dressing. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (preferably 2 hours for best flavor).
  • Preheat the Grill or Skillet: Heat a grill or large skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
  • Cook the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard excess marinade. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  • Prepare the Cheese Topping: In a small bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, shredded Parmesan, provolone, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  • Melt the Cheese: Reduce heat to low and top each chicken breast with the cheese mixture. Cover and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve: Remove from heat and serve warm with your favorite sides.
