  • Gather all the ingredients: green tea extract, cayenne pepper, turmeric, ginger, and your choice of sweetener.
  • Boil two cups of water in a pot. Once boiling, remove it from heat.
  • Add one teaspoon of green tea extract and stir for about five minutes to infuse.
  • Mix in half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, one teaspoon of turmeric, and one teaspoon of grated ginger.
  • Allow the mixture to steep for 10 minutes.
