Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, blending well.
  • Fold in the Nutella and peanut butter until fully incorporated.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are soft.
  • Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. You can freeze them for up to three months or freeze the dough for fresh-baked cookies anytime.
