Cooking

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can opt to pan-fry the chicken in medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side if preferred. Serve with light salads and dipping sauces for a complete meal.
