Ingredients

For the Bark

  • 16 ounces good quality milk chocolate, melted
  • 4 ounces creamy peanut butter, warmed until pourable
  • 3 cookies Otis Spunkmeyer Chocolate Chunk Cookies, crumbled
  • ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chunks

Instructions

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto the wax paper and use a spatula or spoon to spread it out into a thin layer.
  • Drizzle the warmed peanut butter over the chocolate and lightly swirl them together.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled cookies on top of the chocolate mixture and gently press down to make them stick.
  • Add the semisweet chocolate chunks on top and lightly press them down as well.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator or freezer until the bark is fully hardened, which takes about 2 hours.
  • Once hard, break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.

Notes

Store the bark in an airtight container in the fridge to keep it fresh. It can last for up to two weeks if kept properly. Feel free to add more toppings, like nuts or dried fruits, to customize your bark.
