  • 1 can Canned peaches Drained
  • 1 can Mandarins Drained
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Sliced
  • 2 medium Bananas Sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Fresh or canned

Vanilla Pudding Base

  • 1 box Vanilla pudding mix Your choice of brand
  • 2 cups Milk As per pudding package instructions
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar To taste

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows For texture
  • ½ cup Chopped nuts Almonds or walnuts optional
  • 1 cup Coconut flakes Optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare the ingredients by washing and cutting the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  • Select seasonal fruits for the best flavor and freshness.

Making the Pudding Base

  • Chill the pudding mixture in the refrigerator for at least 10-15 minutes.

Combining the Salad

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the fruit pieces.
  • Once the pudding is chilled, pour it over the fruits and gently fold to combine.
  • If using, add marshmallows and nuts, and mix gently.

Chilling

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
